Vanna Drusilla misses her father. After an accident with a witch who cursed her eyes, she's dropped off at the Toons Town Orphanage in Halogen, where she is mistreated by the evil Kpop Queen and her goons. Vanna has a face that the Kpop Queen craves. They plot to skin her face off her head, to enable Kpop to take over the planet. She barely escapes.
Persea in The Fourth Coming. Another anti hero story. The writing itself was partially inspired by hip hop for its use of explicit language to depict the forces of sin. Persea's exposition is a deeper exploration of my literary voice in 48300, Daguerre de folie, Ourelia, Oriel Mercury, Black Wing, Onyx Grace, Dark Solomon and Linch Pins. I was drawn towards folk music at an early age, for solace in solitude. Persea's voice represents a character who would be punished severely for lying. She is chastised for her anomaly Chinese personality and is consequently revealed to be the Lost Prince of China. As difficult it is to deny the influence of Kpop as a cultural phenomenon, Persea's character forges her own identity with her persistence to remain loyal to her roots. Her self deprecation is symbolic of her precarious existence between the East and West, even if she runs away from her ancestry.
As of now, Avery is under explored as a character. She is an industrialist who struggles with the idea of the perfect woman. She is a tolerant person with a naughty sense of humor.
Cassidy Sutter is a young politician's wife, disillusioned by her marriage to Kennedy Hartman in Black Bird's Nest. This is a story about a woman who can't fully commit. She is so terrified of codependence that she ends up with a possessive husband who will execute her for running away. The story explores themes of fate, betrayal and intuition.
Cassidy Sutter's voice as a child reveals an upbringing drowning in prejudice. She knows her words are hurtful and yet adults fixate on her brutal honesty, out of their fear of it being true. Cassidy is indulged more than some, but not all. Themes do not shy away from historical fact. From an audacious place, Cassidy makes light of heavy issues.
Winifred retires from her Executive role. Families sometimes agree to disagree. When they say no, it means yes. Passionate female voices are a passion of mine.
